The earnings survey is based solely on full-time workers , are not included all part-time workers , marginal workers, apprentices, trainees, persons who do not receive credit for their performance, active owner, co-owner and family members without employment, solely on a fee basis paid people, people on disability , workers in retirement, and people in so-called one-euro jobs.
