Results of the International Composition Competition:

2. Prize: Mella Suite by Jesus Martinez Torres (Spain) and Youth times by pilgrims Portolés Chulvi (Spain)
3. Prize: Brummbär Braunpelz by Heinrich Hussmann (Germany)

The International Composition Competition was part of the Second guitar days for children in the Saarland, 2010. The pieces were presented in the final concert of the participants of the Guitar Days and at the end of an international jury - consisting of Roberto Aussel, Inés Pera Gallo and Michael McMeeken - excellent. We congratulate the winners and thank all 110 composers for the trust placed in us.

The International Composition Competition took place in the context of the Second Guitar Days for Children in the Saarland 2010. All pieces were presented by the Guitar Days' participants at the final concert and distinguished by an international jury formed by Roberto Aussel, Inés Peragallo and Michael McMeeken. We congratulate the winners and thank all 110 composers for their confidence in this event.
